Trojan Event Services produces and oversees nearly 100 events per year across the University of Southern California. As a Ballroom Production Manager, I work directly with student organizations, external brands, creative partners, and university departments to bring events to life on campus — from fashion activations to speaker series, galas, and cultural celebrations. My role spans client interfacing, event planning, technical production, staffing, and logistical execution to ensure each event is delivered safely, smoothly, and in alignment with client vision.
